I am purchasing a house and set up an inspection before taking possession. Technician was right on time and did a great job. He found that the crawlspace had termite tunnels, but lucky had not destroyed the wood yet. He gave me several way we could handle the problem and explained in detail what they were and which would be the best way to go and let me make the decision, I was not pressured on anything. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and I recommend this company. I have a signed the agreement for them to come out after I get the house and I will post more on the job they do.
